Add individual products and exact pack options to your bag. The bag keeps different sizes separate, so a small bar and a sharing pack do not become the same item. If the product you want is missing, send a name or link through our scouting form.
Availability comes before payment.
GoodieScout sources products from US stores. A catalogue listing is a product reference, not a claim that it is held in our warehouse. We check availability, the exact pack, any ingredient restrictions and the receiving country before accepting payment. We ask before making a substitution.
Why both weight and size matter.
A large light box can cost more to ship than a small heavy one. Carrier pricing may use actual packed weight or dimensional weight calculated from the outside dimensions of the parcel. The larger applicable weight determines the shipping band. Empty space, protection and the final box all matter.
Product net weight is the quantity of food printed on the label. It is not the packed shipping weight. Bulky, fragile, liquid and heat-sensitive products need a packing review; a product without verified measurements does not receive an automatic shipping promise.
Delivery presets, clearly agreed.
Our planned approach uses destination and packed-weight bands rather than a live carrier quote on every page. Products, delivery, any sourcing service and applicable taxes will be shown separately before payment. The current catalogue prices exclude delivery and destination import charges. Final carrier services and public band prices are still being prepared.
After dispatch.
Shipment information and tracking will be provided when a parcel is dispatched. Transit time can change with the service, customs processing and local delivery. We do not currently promise a universal delivery time or worldwide availability.
Before your parcel arrives.
Read the customs information for your destination. Import VAT, duty and carrier clearance charges may apply. Any charges we are required to collect at sale must be included in the agreed order; other recipient charges must be disclosed before payment.
