If a future paid order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the agreed item, contact us with the order number and a description. Keep the outer box, packing material and product packaging while we review what happened. Photos of the shipping label, box and affected item can help a carrier claim.
Food and personal-care products.
Do not open, consume or use an item you believe is damaged or unsafe. Food, cosmetics and sealed hygiene products can have different return conditions from unused general merchandise. A blanket change-of-mind promise would not describe every product correctly.
Before sending anything back.
Contact us first so the correct return address, method, responsibility for postage and any customs implications can be agreed. An unsolicited international return can create additional costs and may not reach the intended destination.
Cancellation and refunds.
